Swathi gets craze in Kollywood

Tamil movie 'Subrahmanyapuram' was dubbed into Telugu as 'Anantapuram 1980' in which Colors Swathi starred as heroine, having this movie gone hit, she is now getting ready for another movie which would started by July first week onwards. Swathi's upcoming movie 'Kalavaramaye Madilo' is on the verge of completion of shooting. Swathi is going too choosy in selecting movie, If she continues to be same, then it would not be long before she would be number one heroine in Tollywood.

Sunil-Rajamouli film launched

SS Rajamouli's new film with Sunil as hero was launched today in the presence of top stars of Tollywood. Sunil underwent complete body makeover by maintaining strict diet and turned slim. Ravi Teja, Jr.NTR, Prabhas and Ram Charan Teja attended the function. D.Suresh Babu sounded the clapboard and all 4 hero's switched on the camera.

Reportedly, Rajamouli has prepared a different script that has all ingredients in it. It is also learnt that, Sunil will get a chance not only to dance but also to bash the goons. 'Banthi' is the title under consideration for this wholesome entertainer. This film is being produced by Arka Media Works Pvt. Ltd. banner. Full details of the film would be announced shortly. Ride Review

Ride is a film about friendship and how two friends stand by one another in time of crisis. The main draw for the film; however, is the Kotha Bangaru Lokam heroine Swetha Basu Prasad.

Story:
Mahesh (Tanish) is the son of middle class parents Kasi Viswanath and Tulasi. He is studying B.Com second year. He has two younger sisters and after his father retires from service, he quits college and takes up a job in a chit fund company as collection executive to take care of the family. As the job requires him to have a two wheeler, Tanish’s mother sells off some silver lamps and gives him the money to buy a motorcycle. ........

Ram gets Rana heroine!

Priya Anand, the new heroine on the block is catching the attention of many in the film industry. Even before the release of her first film, she is said to have grabbed another crazy offer. It is learnt that, she has been confirmed as Ram's heroine in his next film 'Rama Rama Krishna Krishna'. Dil Raju is producing this film in the direction of 'Lakshyam' Srivas. Kick collects 20 crore in three weeks

Kick is the new blockbuster movie in town. The film with Ravi Teja and Ileana in the lead is doing roaring business. The film also stars Brahmanandam in a key role and the comedy is also drawing in the crowds.

Kick is a fast paced action and romantic entertainer. The film has the typical Ravi Teja type comedy and action. Ileana put on some weight in recent times and her new chubby looks and full body have enhanced hr sex appeal further.

Kick has so far grossed nearly 20 crore in the first three weeks of its release. The film s doing well and with the schools reopening only by the end of next week, the collections will continue if full swing or some more days.

Venky says Namo Venkatesa!

'Victory' Venkatesh has opted for another interesting and hilarious title for his next film. 'Namo Venkatesa' is the title confirmed for his film in the direction of Srinu Vytla. Known for his rib-tickling comedy movies, Srinu Vytla is again concentrating to provide full length entertainment for audience with this film. We all know that, Venky is the right person to generate fun with his exceptional mannerisms and comedy timing. Petite beauty Trisha is paired with Venky for the second time after 'Aaduvari Matalaku Ardhale Verule'. 'Sye' Giri is producing this film after a long gap. This film is expected to hit floors by the end of June.

Meanwhile, Venky is currently working along with Kamal Hassan in 'Eenadu'. This is the remake version of Hindi superhit film ' A Wednesday'.

Boni coming on June 12

The film Boni stars the reclusive actor from the Akkineni family Sumanth as hero. Sumanth has been struggling to score a big hit for quite some time but has not been successful. He tried to come up with a mass image in the film Pourudu but the film was just an average hit.


Sumanth is now coming up with the film titled ‘Boni’. The film will be an action entertainer and the actor is confident that he has a winner on his hands. The film is all set to hit the screens on June 2. Sumanth is confident that the film will be a bigger hit than Madhumasam.

Ramana Gogula who is known as a music director is now turning producer with this film. Raju Puppada is the director and a newcomer is the heroine.
