Mamta Mohandas has been firm on her stand of doing only the lead role and that too a solo heroine act. Recently, she was offered to do a second fiddle for the most talked about Tamil film 'Asal' starring hot star Ajith. However, Mamta is said to have turned the offer down since she knew that the leading lady for the film is the raunchy sex bomb Sameera Reddy.
